Hi All!
My wife and I got married in Feb of this year and I filed a petition in March. I received a response from USCIS that my documents have been received with a processing date of April 13th. USCIS website shows a processing time of 5 months for the Vemont Service Center (that's where I sent my docs). It's been around 8 months and I have not received an approval or any kind of communication from them. I've repeatedly called the National Service Center and emailed VSC but have not heard anything apart from them telling me that I should wait. This is not a pleasant situation for my wife and I right now and I am desperately seeking any help I can get or if someone can share a similar experience and what they did to have their case processed. I deeply appreciate any responses I can get. Thanks!!
