F-4 (I-130) Petition, adding names to petition?

I have applied for my sister based on F-4 category in 2007. That time she was unmarried, now she is married and have a child. Now question is, how can i add her husband and child name in same petition? is there any special instruction or procedure?

Once her priority date is current then she can add the name of her husband and child.
