i am married to a US citizen, i am currently on OPT, we filed both i-130 and i-485, but the i-485 was denied because of incomplete document and i-130 is still pending, also the time to file a motion has passed, so i am starting the process all over again. do we have to file i-130 and i-485 or just the i-485.
