Hello, I have one question about filling i-864.
I am doing a concurrent filing for my husband who is on H1B visa for last 4 years. I am the sponsor, but i don't have income and my husband's income is sufficient for filing.
So for the question #23 i answered 0.00
24(a) 0.00 and
24(b) husbands income , ex) 80,000
24© 80,000 and checked 24(e)
But for 25, i am bit confused bcaz for the most recent year(2011) we filed jointly(i worked in 2011 though income is less than 10000) and for 2010 and 2009 i filed separately and my income was low too. Can some one please guide what to enter in these three fields. Right now it look like :
2011 (most recent) 72,000 - (adjusted gross income on jointly filed 1040 )
2010 - 5,228 (my income)
2009- 10,216 (my income)
And i am planning to attach the following docs
copy of most recent year's 1040 - which is jointly filed + copy of mine and his w2's
2010, 2009 - mine and his tax returns (total four - 2 each) + w2's
is this sufficient enough?
