i-130 In-Review - Brother files for sister change of country

My wife's brother filed an i130 for her in 2010 while we lived in Israel.
in 2011 we moved to live in the US based on my h1b visa.
Should we or her brother adjust somehow the petitioned i130 form since we already live in the US?
Can our presence in the US speed things up regarding the i130 processing?

Living in the US is not going to speed up things.

If the beneficiary is in the US after I-130 is approved and the priority date is current, they can just file I-485, Adjustment of Status.

You should inform either DOS or NVC (wherever your wife's case is now) of the change of address so they can send communication to the new address.
