Hello , I am planning to file GC for both my parents through Concurrent filing as they are in US right now. I have the following paper work..
- I-130 ( $420)
- I-485 ($1070)
- I-864
- I-693
- I-131
I have naturalization certificate and my passport.
Both my parents have school leaving certificates along with 2 birth affidavits for each.
I have the following questions ..
- Can I file all the above listed forms together.
- Do I need to send a cover letter when I file all the above listed forms together
- My fathers name in my birth certificate is listed in a short name. Do i need to get any supporting docs.
- Do I need to send I-864 for each of my parents separately or 1 form is enough.
- When I mail the forms to USCIS , do i need to send them in 2 separate mails ( one for father and another for mother) or can they be sent in the same mail.
- My parents visa will be expiring on Feb 1st 2013. once they get the receipt from USCIS for i-130 , are they legal to stay in US.
- My mom can read and understand English. But she is not that fluent as my dad. Do we need to hire a interpreter for the interview or can I be the interpreter.
Am I missing anything?
