I'm married to a US citizen and working on the documents to file for a green card. My current status is B2 Overstayed but have been working without authorization.
My wife's income isn't enough to cover the household, based on the poverty guidelines. I know my income, (combined with her) will be more than sufficient. Is it allowed to used my info or should we find a joint sponsor?

Its illegal for you to work and get paid while on B2. You should move to H1 immediately. Advisable to seek help help from a lawyer to determine your options.
