My attorney who is on file for my I-751 case closed her practice and moved to different state two months ago.
But she promised me that she will forward all the documents. But now she is not in contact any more. I heard from forums that the RFE always comes to the attorney even though the applicant also have to get one copy. Infopass appointment and USCIS customer support call doesn't gave any hint that there was a RFE issue to my case (infact there not seeing any update on my case in their systems). I have written a letter to USCIS to take her name off and direct all communication to me. Also requested to send last two months correspondencem, if they had any to my attorney. Do USCIS sends the RFE without updating their systems which is viewed by USCIS field office and USCIS customer service ?
Could you please suggest my options now ? I am very worried about this mess.
