No Answer After the interview
I got married on June 6th.
Filled the paperwork on july 27th.
Had to send sponsor info in October, and got my EAD Right after. And my interview Schedule Schedule to November 28Th.
Interview went really good, Officer was really nice guy, asked simple questions. at the end he saying that he was gonna Foward it to Approval, and he didnt see any problem with it. and that i should be getting my green card in 3 weeks.
But now its been more than a month after the interview, and so far my case still on the interview step with the date of nov 28th.
Im in Orlando, FL. My friend that had his interview 2 weeks after mine, also in Orlando, got Approved on the spot and got his green card 1 week after.
Why mine is such in a delay? the Officer told me that everything was good, seems like my case went to "the Pile"
Should i be worried about a Second interview?
or Should i schedule an infopass soon?
Date on the processing time to Orlando is on July 10th 2012 as in November 30th.
im just waiting to the date to update, since i filed on july 27th. few days after what they looking at at the moment.
