Getting Married In India to my gf and bringing her to US

This is my first post so please forgive me if this has been answered already.

I plan to visit my gf in india and if everything goes well, I plan propose to her and do court marriage. Then I plan to return back home and start her paperwork and then go back to india to do real traditional wedding after 4-6 months. This would give us time to plan the wedding while the paperwork is getting done in the background at USCIS. I have read few documents on USCIS on how to bring wife to US but I still have few questions after talking to few folks in my community. Basically, I would like to bring my future wife to US soon as possible and currently I heard that the process is long and current wait time is 12 months. I also heard that bringing wife as "fiance" for travel visa by either K1 or Wife with K3 but I heard that process is also long and the current wait time is 12 months. The following are my questions and it would be great if someone can answer them based on the scenarios

1) How do I find the current processing/wait time to bring the girl to us via spouse/immidiate family immigrant or K1 travel or K3 travel? (Is there a website or do i need to email the embassy.

2) If I visit india and get court marriage, will that be sufficient to file for my wife I-130 immigrant or Do i need to show the photo proof with hindu rituals of "phera" showing that the marriage is legal and not fraud?

3) Is it true that processing the paperwork in New Delhi is much faster than mumbai?

4) Part of the I-130 says: "Any other relevant documentation to establish that there is an ongoing marital union or Affidavits sowrn to OR
affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship"

Are they asking for marriage photos? as for affidavits, where do we get such documents?

5) My gf has pending I-130 which was processed for her family by her Uncle in 2003. What do I need to do if I get married to the girl while she has pending I-130 from her uncle from 2003.

6) does anyone know if US embassy asnwers the email questions as they do provide their email info online to answer questions?

Go to uscis.gov , on left hand side column find "Processing Time", Seach the wait time for your processing CENTER, There are 4 processing centers in US. I-130 petition are processed by VSC or CSC depending on your place of residence.

Marriage Certificate from India should be sufficient to file I-130. You will need the marriage photo's at the time of immigrant visa interview . Don't forget that you need PP size pictures of your wife and affidavit from at least two family / friends regarding your marriage.

No, It is not true. CSC processes Immediate family member's Petitions Faster than VSC (Current time for CSC 5 months, VSC over 8 months).

Not for marriage photos, Affidavit from persons who know about your marriage.

You don't have to do anything.

You emails to US embassy will go to Private company (VFS) hired by US embassy. They may reply to your email, but only suggest you to to go to uscis website. When your visa petition is forwarded to US embassy for issuance of visa, then they provide more information about your case.

How do we know which center to send the I-130? The help guide for I-130 shows to send the form to two places. Chicago, IL or Pheonix, AZ. My current resident state is Michigan as it asks to send the form to Chicago and I dont see CSC, VSC anywhere in the formm.

Based on your resident state, I-130 petitions from Chicago processing Center are forwarded to either VSC or CSC. I think Michigan falls under CSC but not sure.
