hello everyone
now that taiwan has there visa waver program can my wife enter the usa before her interview?
i have to move back by the first week of april for my job or i loose it and it took me a long time to find a job in usa but if i leave hong kong then my wife cant stay becouse she is on a dependent visa under me and cant go bact to taiwan becouse she was disowned by her family and they never want to see or talk to her again and she has no friends or anything in taiwan to stay with and wait.
we are getting close to getting everything done just waiting for ds-3032 to go through then send ds-230 and wait for interview ut if it takes longer then the first week of april i will have to leave.
so the real question is can she enter usawith the new taiwan visa waver with me first week of april if we dont get immagration interview by then?
any help would be awesome
