Please help!
Question 1): I have a pending I-130 (filed in May 2004) from my mother, a US citizen. Can I file a for an EAD now or do I have to wait til I-130 is approved so I can file I-765, I-140 and I-485 all at once? I am 24 and unmarried.
Question 2): I plan to get married in September of this year, and assuming my I-130 is approved by then, can I file for an EAD for my wife with the I-140/I-485? (Wife will be on a tourist visa. I am currently on H1B)
