Birth name is different than Birth certificate name

Hi all,
I am planning to sponsor GC for my mother.
Her Birth name : Savithri Poojary
Her Married Name: Savithri Shetty
Her Name in passport: Savithri Shetty

Recently I got her BC done using Savithri Shetty. So by using Savithry Shetty, while applying GC, would create any problems?

Please let me know.

What do you mean by "I got her BC done using Savithri Shetty". The name in the BC cannot be the married name.

In my BC, I have my mother's birth name. If I submit my mother's BC which has her married name rather than birth name, would it be ok? I do have the affidavit from my mother.

That's not OK. How can the birth certificate have married name?

It is perfectly fine to have separate names before marriage and after marriage. In fact, it is expected.

It is sufficient to provide the marriage certificate that shows both names, one before and one after.

Since her birth was not registered during birth, recently I had done her birth certificate, by showing passport copy. In the passport, it has married name. thats how, we got the BC having married name.
Please let me know, if this is OK, if I submit affidavit with this BC?
