Process to get Green card for Parents after I 130

Hi,

I am a US citizen since 5 years and decided to get my parents to US on Green card.

My parents are currently in Mumbai.

Can someone please tell me what all is needed after I 130 is filed?
What are the steps that will happen? Interview, Medical Exam etc.
What documents should my father have apart from Marriage Certificate and Indian Passport?

At what point can they apply for Social Security card? Can SS card be applied from Mumbai after the approvals are done?
