Hi guys,
My wife and I are green card holders, recently immigrated to the US. We are now thinking of filing an i130 for my son, who lives alone in India.
Wanted to know current processing time...how long it will take?
Also, somebody mentioned to me that since he lives on his own in India, I might be able to call him a lot quicker than normal. Is this true? In this case what would be the first step.
