Family based GC question

I am currently in the US working on a H1-B visa and my husband is on an F1 student visa. My sister is a US citizen and she is interested in sponsoring us for a US Green Card. I would like to know if this is possible, and if so how long would this entire process take. Also, would appreciate if any of you can forward contact information of immigration firms/attorneys who have had previous experience in handling such cases (preferably located within MI/OH). Your sister can file for your immigrant visa under the FOURTH family category
but there is a long wait (12 years for India) under this category.
It is advisable you consider the employment route to green card.
(self-petition or an employer filing for you depending on the category)
