My name is Alex.
My girlfriend who im living with is a greencard holder. Both of us are currently in US( i am on a j1 visa, without 2 year rule) and we are going to marry soon.
The question is - if we apply for i130 visa - will i be able to stay in US after my j1 expire?

Greencard for spouse of greencard holder takes many years. You will need to maintain nonimmigrant status on your own until then.
