I have filed I-130 as part of the Green card process for my parents and received a RFE for both of their applications. My birth certificate does not have my name. So RFE was to get additional evidence of my relationship with my parents.
I have got 3 affidavits from my 3 uncles (my dad's brothers). I have the followign questions
1. Should I send a seperate response for the two RFE (one RFE for mother and one for father) received or one response with all proof added in cover letter with attachments is enough?
2. I got 3 affidavits from my dad's 3 brothers. The affidavit confirms my name and that they saw me when i was born and confirms my parents names and marriage date.
3. I'm sending a copy of my parent's marriage certificate
4. Attaching a copy of my passport and parents passport.
5. Ration card which has names of my parents and myself.
Is there anything else that needs to be sent in addition?
please assist.
