AOS through F2A. Need help?

Dear Viewers,

My PD-24th Jan 2011
I-130 approved in June 2012. NVC case complete Sept 2012.
Visa Category-F2A through spouse(Spouse LPR)
Current status in the US-H1B valid thru Sept 2013

I am opting for AOS in the US instead of Consular Processing. Please let me know if i also should apply for EAD and AP along with I-485 when my PD gets current, as my H1B visa is valid only till Sept 2013?

Also, the procedure to be followed after my PD becomes current( hopefully next month)?

Yes, you can apply for EAD and AP along with AOS, as the fees are anyway included in that.
