was married before divorced finalized

While I was in legal Spearation from my ex wife, I met my wife and we dated for 1 year than get married in my country. one year later, my divorced was finalized and I had off course to remarry my current wife in order for the marriage to be legal in the US. So, the date on the new act of marriage is 6 months after the date on the divorce decree.

my wfie will have her interview in May and was wondering if any can provide anu help if we ever she was asked to explain at the interview?

If you filed the spousal petition after you married your 2nd wife (to make it legal in the US) then you're fine. Just have your wife brings documents that have to do with legalizing her marriage (maybe even your divorce certificate) and answer truthfully if she's asked about it.

If you filed the spousal petition BEFORE you legalized the marriage between you and your 2nd wife then you're going to have serious problems.

No, it was after I remarried her to reflect that marriage happened in may 2012 while divorce took place in 12/2011.
