L1 visa holder marrying US citizen soon after entering

I currently have a B1/B2 visa. My firm is sponsoring me for an L1 visa. I am not currently engaged to my girlfriend who is a US citizen and lives in the US.

I intend to enter the US on the L1. After my entering the US, it is possible that we will get married soon, say within a couple of months.

1. I understand L1 is dual-intent. Does that mean the 30/60 day procedural guideline of preconceived intent for non-immigrants applying for AOS does not apply to L1 visa holders?

2. Can I get married to my US citizen girlfriend within a month of entering and then immediately file for AOS and I-130?

I don't see any problem here. You can get married whenever it is convenient to you.
