New to forum: Some basic questions

Hi Experts:

I am new to this forum.

I am green card holder (my card was issued in '04), and would like to invite brother, father to USA to meet my kids, wife in USA.

What are my options ? Should I apply to green card for them or for visiter visa ? what are pros and cons of each ?
