Immigration for mother

Hi all,

I am on H1, and I want to bring my mother to USA for long stay(permanent), FYI she has visting visa, but Iam looking at something like H4 or immigration, any method which can be done in less time but not like 5 yrs.

H-4 is only meant for spouse and children of H-1 holder, not parents.
She could immigrate through family or employment; family sponsored or
employer sponosred. In the family category, the fastest way for her
would be if a US citizen child could sponsor her. Since that is not the case, she could take the employer route if she
can still work , but that is again a cumbersome process with a long
wait in some categories.

If you are single, you could get married to a US citizen and sponsor
your mother 3-4 years later when you become a citizen. In the meantime
she can visit you on her visitor visa.
