Hi guys,
I recently got married to love of my life in India and submitted my I-130 and G-325A. I received my I-797c which is noa1.
Well, we have decided to change her middle name from her fathers name to mine in her passport as I am her husband now. I was wondering if someone can answer following questions.
1) is it okay to change the middle name in her passport while we have already received NOA1? Ie: 130 and g-325a has been submitted?
2) what do I need to do from my side to make the update to her application?
3) changing passport name take 3-6 months in India so when application gets approved and its time to send her visa application, do we then put my name or her fathers name?
4) would this delay her application ?
5) do we need to send her new passport copy to uscis once it arrives or does she only need to show the proof during her interview?
