This is zak. I received confirmation for 1130 on 9th October. Its about 6.5 months gone. My case start with MSC. I have received only confirmation latter. I am an US citizen. How long does it take to gate approved latter and to get visa. Thank you all.

Best way to file an I130 while being abroad
My husband is a US citizen and is due to leave the UK where he is stationed.We have filled in the I130 form should we send it to Chicago or use the London Embassy?His job offer is yet to come within a couple of month/weeks...How long does it t\ke to receive confirmation of receipt after filing the I130.We have been married around 4 years and have a son.He has a US passport.Any help will be greatly appreciated.Anyone also who has used reputed Immigration attorneys please recommend.I have an ITIN.Can I travel on a different visa to USA while waiting for Immigration process?
