I filled for AoS at the Chicago office for I-130, I-131, I-485,I-765, and I-864 and it was received on 04/10. How long will it take for me to obtain the receipts i.e I797? Please let me know. Thanks

I am in the same boat. I sent my AOS application to Chicago Locbox on 8th April, package was recieved on 10th April and I haven't received NOA for any of the packages. Neither my checks are encashed yet !! I have learned through some of the online forums that it ususally takes 10-12 days, so I will wait till end of this week. But yes I am geeting little worried too

Documentation needed for the forms

I am new to this thread and I have few questions,kindly help me.

1.Do we need to pay the form fees of I-131,when filed with I-130,I-485,I-765, and I-864?

2.How many months does the total process takes place until you get the green card,if everything goes through smoothly?

3.What documents does the joint sponsor has to provide when filing for I-864.

So far no update from my side yet !! Today its the 9th day since the package has been received in Chicago. I have neither recieved NOA's nor my checks are being enchased. Grrrrrrrrr !!! I am on the verge of getting paranoid .. lol Hopefully i hear tomorrow.

I see that my checks have been encashed and also received emails of acceptance.

Hi i sent my aos and was recived on march 18. I recived approval for my forms on 26 march and done my biometrics on 16 aprail. My status updated for i485 for interview but heavt got my work permit yet. Kepp me posted both of you
