I am in need of further advise
I am a US Citizen, I applied for my parents for greencard. I-130 got approved months ago. My family decided to go with consular processing. They had the interview at the embassy on jan 8, 2013 and my mother was granted the greencard same day where as my father was told there is "administrative processing" pending.
My father has B1/B2 visa from before which was not cancelled/ still valid. Can he visit the USA and travel with my mother when she comes to the US if his greencard is not issued by that time?
He is not planning on staying and he actually still works back home and will provide the required documentation. He still has his house/ bank accounts..etc back home
Any advise if he can do that or not?
thank you
