Help which category to apply F4-F3

Hello friends,

I am living in Uk, my brother who is US citizen has applied for our parents(in India) under F1 category. Even I wish to join my family in US. Should I ask my brother to apply for me in F4 category or when our parents get the citizenship either of them can apply for me in F1 as F4 takes longer than F1.
If my parents apply they will not be able to show any tax returns, but do they have to show their own income or household income in terms of Affidavit of support.
I am married and has a baby of 3 yrs. I understand I will be applying for them when I receive visa. Is it correct?

Your brother should apply for you now. The laws are changing fast and we don't know if you will still be qualified by the time your parents become citizens. Your parents can still file a petition for you when they become citizens because you can have multiple petitions at the same time.

You will need a joint sponsor.

Your petitioner should include their info in the petition.
