I have applied green card for my mother who is currently in U.S.A.
Recently for I-130 approval, I received a letter requesting further proof of evidence to establish the relation with my mom, as my name (petitioner) was missing in the birth certificate that was submitted with all the other documents.
It states that me and my mom can go for a DNA test and also it says as a secondary evidence, I can provide affidavit of support from 2 persons who were present during my birth.
My question is, will the affidavit of support be sufficient or do we need to go for the DNA testing also?
Thanks,
Hari
