Applying for I 130 for spouse who stays in different state

Hi,
First I would like to thank the members of this forum for the help.

I have a situation here on which I need your advice on.
I'm working in CA while my wife is in NY. We got married last month and my wife's moving to CA in august. I'm here on an H1B visa while my wife has a GC.

My wife will be submitting her N 400 this June from NY. She would be staying in CA after august and would go to NY if needed at the time of interview. We are also thinking of submitting my I 130 at the same time.

Ok so my question is whether there would be any complications if the GC holders spouse is in a different state from where you are applying the I 130?
