Following-to-join benefits for child
Hi,
My brother (U.S citizen) filed I-130 petition for me in 1997. At that time, i had 3 children and a wife. In 2011, me & my 2 children got green card and in 2012 my other child also got green card. When I-130 petition was filed in 1997, i had only 3 children but now after 3 years of approval of petition, i had 2 more children.
My question is that "Can my 2 other child (who were born after approval of petition) get GC through following-to-join benefit option without waiting extra time or should i file a separate peition of I-130 for them?"
