I have a priority date of August 30 2012. It has already been 9 months ---- 4 months past the "normal" processing time of 5 months. When I call and check status all I am told "it is in processing".
My husband is not allowed to come into the states during the processing time.
Does anyone know if there are any forms that we can file giving him permission to VISIT and then go back?
Also what is the true processing time of an I130 these days?
