Waiting time for british citizen spouse of greencard holder

Hello,

I am married to a british citizen and have a US green card. We got married after I had received my green card which was through the DV lottery system. I am now looking to move to the US and would like to submit a petition to have both my wife and daughter obtain a green card and come over to stay with me. My question is, how long currently does it take for the petition to be approved? And how long will I generally have to wait before they can come over to the US to stay with me?

Is there any other option for me which can get them to come and stay with me without any waiting time?
