    I am US citizen want to file for my elder brother & his family. His daughter is 14 & son is 11 yrs. old already ? Should we put their names of file?
    If yes please explain

      The principal beneficiary is your brother. His derivative beneficiaries are his spouse and minor unmarried children. If the form asks for derivatives then write them.

          My concern is as my niece is already 14 yrs. and by the time file opens up she will be major and by putting her name on form she won't be able to get F1 visa, right ?
          My nephew is 11 yrs. so do u suggest to put his name on form taking a chance if he can get in before he becomes major?
          By the way, what is the age to be a major 18 or 21 ?

            Just put their names. Their CSPA age will be resolved during the interview. 21 is the age of majority.
