Family category 4th preference Visa VS H1b Visa

Hi,
I would like to know if my wife applies for family category 4th preference visa which is going to take 10 to 12 years. Meanwhile if I get a chance to apply for H1B category visa, is there going to be any problem. If problem are there what types of problems I will be facing.

No problem. You can apply in as many visa categories as you like.
