I-130 ( confused about payment fee)

Hello Everybody,

My wife recently got her interview date for the petition/ I-130 I applied for back in December, I have made two payments to National Visa Center of $88 dollars choice of agent, & $230 for Immigrant Visa Fee.

I know my wife has to get her medical examination done prior to the interview, but does she also have to make a payment fee for the interview. Also if she has to make the interview payment fee, where is the office located in Delhi? I can't seem to find the exact address where she must make the payment. I was told the interview payment fee is 10 minutes away from the US Embassy in Delhi (Chanakyapuri)

or have new rules/laws been activated of march 2013, and the only fee to be paid is after she receives her visa of $165?

I can't find this information anywhere and it's hard to get in touch with embassy.

That is all, the Affidavit of Support fee $88.00 and the Ds-230, $230.00 fee. Nothing will be paid at the interview. What is new is the arrival fee of $168.00 that is newly applied (Since Feb 2013) and to be paid at the USA Port of Entry (USCIS Service Fee).
