i receive my Ds-3032 in May 21 2013 ,,,and paid AOS June 1,2013 ,,,and my DS-3032 send through special mail in NVC last June 4 ,how many days been waiting if the DS-3032 receive by NVC after this what is the next step ,,,im from Phillipines,,,and im first time on this forum,,,thanks for advice ,,m

How come you only got DS3032 recently ? Your PD was current many years ago since F2A current PD is now 08OCT11. You just have to wait for further communication from NVC for the next step.

Oh...ok you are now in F2B. But for the Philippines the current PD for F2B is only 22DEC02, so you are 1.5 years away. How come you already received DS-3032? You should call or email NVC to clarify if your PD is about to be current in the next few months because if they made a mistake you will be wasting money on documents that expire, e.g. police certificate, when your PD is not going to be current soon. Update us when you have contacted NVC.
