F4 - Brother/Sister (Visa Type - R and Class B1/B2)

Hello Everyone,

I have studied from US (Kean University – 2007 pass out) after which, I came back to India and currently hold US Visit (10yrs) VISA B1/B2 valid until Feb 2020.

My elder sister is an American citizen and she is about to apply for my Immigration (F4 - blood relation).

Once she applies for my Immigration can I still travel to US on my visit (Visa Type - R and Class B1/B2) visa for holiday (purely – No Work at all)?
