F4 v/s H1 (or) PhD

Hi everyone,

My elder sister has filed for my Family Green Card and while my application is on, can I still apply for H1 (or) PhD, will this affect my Green Card application or my H1/PhD will be refused?

Your replies / suggestions will be highly appreciated.

No effect. There can be many petitions filed on your behalf.
