Name Change

We just recently married in USA and I would like to apply my green card based on my wife.

My wife changed her middle name in Social Security but she did not change her middle name in Green Card and Passport.

Should we apply for I-130 now before making change her middle name in Green card and passport.

My main Concern is we changed her middle name in Social security but not in Green card and passport. Our Surname is same.

Does this effect in applying I-130 ?

Name Change

How did she change her name. If she has a court order that should suffice.
