I am in USA on H1B, can i apply green card through sibling?

Hi,

I am right now on H1B working in USA legally with proper documents. My sister is a US citizen for the past 7 years.can i apply green card through sibling? if i apply greencard through sibiling when i am working in USA , how long will it take it to get Green Card?

Please advise ...

i have herad that if anyone is in USA and applying through sibling will be processed much faster than when you are processing from other country.

please guide me
