Mom Gc - No Birth certificate - What Docs do i need ?

i am US Citizen and planning to apply for my Mom's GC , she is currently visiting us in USA .

Want to know exactly how many doc do i need.
I dont have her BC - what supporting docs can i provide.

Also i dont have my BC stating that she is my mother.
What additional document do i need to give to prove relation.

Since she is here in the US can i get something from the Indian Consulate ?
