I am a US Citizen filing a I-130 + I-485 for my husband. I wanted to know what I need to submit as "Third Party Affidavit of Marriage" or "Other relevant documentation to prove marital union"?
Is there a certain format or template for this? Can I give wedding photos and invitations as other relevant documentation?
I would appreciate your help.
