Direct Consular Filing
My son is a US Citizen. He is getting married in India to an Indian woman. The marriage is scheduled in Aug. He visited India for a week in May to meet the girl. He will be visiting India again in Aug for 3 weeks for the marriage. The girl is from Vizag, A.P. After the marriage in Vizag, can he apply for "Direct Consular Filing", for immigrant Visa for his wife? Apparently Delhi is the only consulate where "Direct Consular Filing" can be be filed? Any suggestions/information on these questions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
