My family are on B2 visa in USA and legal since 6 months. I want a immigration visa here, could my family and me get the immigration and legal working here, because, illegal people are getting immgration here and they are going to be legal here. Is there any chance to get the immigration here.

No you cannot get an immigrant visa with your current status as visitor. You have to leave before the expiration of your B2 visa. From your home country you can try another way to get a working visa by looking for a US employer to sponsor you, or you can apply for the DV lottery (if this will be offered again and your country is eligible).Originally posted by nagarg View Post"TO GOD BE THE GLORY"
