if your wife doesn't have enough income, she has to fill out and affidavit of support form I-864 and find a second person to fill out an I-864A as well.Originally posted by chi88 View PostComment

Since your wife is the petitioner she will ALWAYS be the primary sponsor of I-864. If she has no income or has insufficient income, you need a joint sponsor (must be a US citizen or LPR, may or may not be a relative, who is at least 18 y.o.) who is willing to sign his own form I-864 for you.Originally posted by chi88 View Post"TO GOD BE THE GLORY"
