Police certificate of foreign country already left 2 years ago.

Hi all,

I am a Nepali national and an applicant for the F2A category visa and I am in a great confusion here regarding the police certificate(s) that i might have to obtain. I am currently doing my graduate studies in Finland and it has been a year already. Three years back I was in Dubai (UAE) on an employment visa where I worked and have lived for 2 years. Now my question is do I have to obtain the police certificate from Dubai too as it has been more than 2 years I left the place and I am living in Finland now? Any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Police certificates from certain countries are unavailable. Some countries do not issue police certificates if the applicant is not in the country. UAE is one such country so you don't have to obtain one.
