Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the above subject,i would like to bring to your notice about my case nvc is processing currently. I have provided all the documents requested by Nvc on time. However i have received two letter from NVC recently about my case, I confused what this letter actually mean for. My submitted documents details are. DS230 page 1 and Two, Affidavit of support and All the civil Document.( Civil Document i have given only Photo copies not orginal. Pls find the last communication letter received from NVc for your kind advice and guidance.

letter was previously mailed to the Agent of Choice or Attorney of
Record requesting the amendment of previously submitted travelling
applicant's Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration
form(s) and/or required civil documents that have not been submitted.
The principal applicant must provide the missing items listed on the
letter and/or the amended Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien
Registration form(s) to the U.S. Consular Officer at the time of the
visa interview. Do not send these documents to the NVC as this could
delay your case.

Kindly share your thought about this letter. Your early reply in this matter is highly appreciated.

As stated in the NVC letter you need to provide documents they specified at the time of interview and not to send them to NVC as it may cause delay. So just follow the instructions. Good luck. Update this forum once you receive your interview letter.
