Change of address (applicant)

Hi everyone,

I am a F2A category applicant and my petitioner has already submitted the AOS form including the necessary documents. While I am waiting for the NVC to notify regarding the IV fee, they have sent me the form DS-3032 (choice of agent) which I have already submitted to them. The case here is, few days back I have notified to NVC regarding the change of address (recently moved to Finland) and the DS-3032 they have sent me now includes this current address of mine. My question is, do I have to send the DS-3032 again to the NVC? and also kindly let me know if I also have to ask them to transfer my case to Finnish embassy instead of embassy in Nepal where I was before.

You can scan and email the DS-3032 to NVC. And you should request that they change the US embassy to Finland via email also.
