new member needs help on I864

Hi everyone,

i am sponsoring for the immigration of my wife. I am a lawful permanent residence. I do not meet the income's requirement on form I864. I have to ask my uncle for help.

1. Does he need to fill the another form i864?
2. As i know, he filed the same income tax return form with his wife. Does his wife need to fill a I864a if his own income met the income's requirement?
3. Do i need to submit the form 1040a along with I864 while i have the IRS tax return transcript?

Please help!
